Privacy Policy — JARMES Ads
This policy explains how JARMES Ads, an internal tool operated by We Are Ajans, handles data obtained through Google APIs.
What the app accesses
- With the Google Ads API (
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) the app reads campaign settings and performance metrics (spend, conversions, conversion value, budgets, bidding targets, change history) of Google Ads accounts owned or managed by We Are Ajans. - It writes changes (budgets, bidding targets, campaign status) only after explicit approval by the account owner.
How data is used and stored
- Data is used only to analyse and manage our own advertising accounts. It is not sold, rented, shared with third parties or used for advertising profiling.
- Data is stored in a private database on our own infrastructure, accessible only to authorised team members. OAuth tokens are stored securely and never shared.
- We do not access Google user data of anyone other than the authorised account users who sign in.
Google API Services User Data Policy
JARMES Ads' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention and deletion
Campaign data is kept as long as needed to manage the accounts. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; on request we delete stored data within 30 days.
